该研究通过人体尸体膝关节模型，评估了后外侧肌腱固定术在单纯后交叉韧带损伤及合并Fanelli A型后外侧角损伤时对旋转不稳定性的影响。结果表明该术式能显著降低旋转不稳定性，为临床治疗提供了生物力学依据。
