The fast growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) creates substantial opportunities and problems for firms attempting to integrate technology with strategic goals. This chapter investigates the use of AI in business management, with an emphasis on closing the gap between technology advancements and effective business strategy. We look at how sophisticated AI technologies such as Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and predictive analytics can help businesses streamline operations, make better decisions, and gain a competitive advantage. The chapter uses real-world case studies to highlight how firms can use AI to optimize resource management, improve customer experience, and boost operational efficiency.
