Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics are rapidly transforming industries, governance, and human interactions. While these technologies present immense opportunities for progress, they also pose significant ethical challenges, including algorithmic bias, accountability, human autonomy, security risks, and the societal implications of AI integration. This paper examines key ethical dilemmas associated with AI and robotics, exploring issues such as fairness in automated decision-making, responsible AI governance, and the evolving role of AI in human identity. By proposing a structured ethical framework, this study advocates for transparent policies, regulatory oversight, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that AI serves humanity responsibly.
