摘要
Developed a positioning environment sensing multi-parameter tester that can be used by robots and miners. It uses a 16-bit ultra-low power microcontroller chip as the control core, combined with electrochemical carbon monoxide sensing elements, electrochemical oxygen sensing elements, and electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensing elements, infrared methane sensing elements, and temperature sensor elements are designed to realize real-time monitoring and early warning of dangerous gas information in the surrounding environment of underground workers or robots. Combining device selection and circuit design to solve the cross-effect problem of catalytic methane element and hydrogen sulfide gas element in the current multi-parameter tester. And combining device selection and circuit design to solve the cross-effect problem of catalytic methane element and hydrogen sulfide gas element in the current multi-parameter tester. Besides, combined with wireless module, it can be connected to the monitoring system, and combined with DW1000 chip and UWB positioning technology to integrate the analyzer in the precise positioning system. Combined with the model design correction algorithm to improve the accuracy of distance measurement and positioning. Through the reserved serial port to realize the positioning and environmental information interaction between the robot transmission part and the measuring device.
