摘要
This work presents a surgical training system dedicated to mini-invasive endovascular procedures, which uses both the advantages of virtual reality and micro-robotics. The requirements of this system are presented with its architectural design. Displacement-based finite elements method is used for organs and surgical tools modelling. For the continuous collision detection, a cubic spline based parametric approximation method is also proposed. In order to improve the precision and the security of the operative gesture, an approach using virtual guide metaphors is proposed.
