摘要

The use of digital currencies in Industry 5.0 is a radical change in industry and economic dynamics. It is where all those are integrated with advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics, where digital currencies—both cryptocurrencies and central bank digital currencies—may best reside in the setting they operate. It attempts to study the intertwined effect of digital currencies and Industry 5.0 on global markets, particularly in boosting efficiency in industrial operations and smart factories. The research investigates theoretical foundations taken as a starting point for both areas. It reveals their consequences separately and as a mixture, together with problems and chances of this conjunction concerning economic impact, technological innovation, and regulatory frameworks. It proposes an integrated model of the adoption of digital currency in Industry 5.0, covering technology integration, economic and financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Moreover, it shows managerial implications, the need for strategic adaptation, and the continuous learning process. Though this is theoretically driven research, and technology develops at an exponential pace, the authors conclude their findings with future directions for research, mentioning that it needs empirical validation and exploration of multiple applications across industries to apprehend its long-term impacts.
