It is where all those are integrated with advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics, where digital currencies—both cryptocurrencies and central bank digital currencies—may best reside in the setting they operate. It attempts to study the intertwined effect of digital currencies and Industry 5.0 on global markets, particularly in boosting efficiency in industrial operations and smart factories. The research investigates theoretical foundations taken as a starting point for both areas. It reveals their consequences separately and as a mixture, together with problems and chances of this conjunction concerning economic impact, technological innovation, and regulatory frameworks. It proposes an integrated model of the adoption of digital currency in Industry 5.0, covering technology integration, economic and financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
