摘要
This chapter presents a comprehensive framework aimed at bolstering production efficiency and sustainability by implementing smart manufacturing technologies. The objective of this chapter is to address the contemporary challenges faced by industrial sectors by leveraging cutting-edge automation, data analysis, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to optimize processes, minimize resource wastage, and provide a good supply chain management system. The scope of this study encompasses various facets of smart manufacturing, including predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and adaptive control systems, with a focus on enhancing productivity while concurrently fostering ecological sustainability. The novelty lies in the integration of advanced technology and automation systems to create an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem capable of dynamic adaptation to changing conditions, thereby paving the way for a more efficient and environmentally friendly industrial landscape.
