Effects of the industrial 4.0 transition on consumer behavior: A systematic overview

摘要
The long-term processes of the evolution of digitalization and automation have a great deal of impact, changing work forms, changing job profiles and vocations, and the digital economy playing a bigger role, which presents the difficulties for social policies. The aim of this systematic literature review is to give the essence of the current state of research on the impact of the Industrial 4.0 Transition on consumer behavior. A Web of Science search turned up 155 publications that satisfied the requirements for inclusion. The main goals were to identify the following primary drivers of consumer behavior as examined through the prism of the Industrial 4.0 Transition, the main obstacles and chances for creative teaching approaches pertaining to altering the workplace, and the primary categories of effects of the Revolution of Industrial 4.0 on consumer behavior. The results showed some crucial details for the main elements influencing consumer behavior like, data, technological advancement, online shopping, Internet of Things, the Internet, e-distribution, robotics, customized artificial intelligence, efficiency, intent to behave and mining of data.
