Dynamic Multi-mode Microwave Power Transmission System Concept for Space Applications

摘要
To meet the demand of wireless power transmission in space robots operations for future space applications, the concept of dynamic multi-mode microwave power transmission system is proposed in this paper. The operation scenarios of dynamic multi-mode microwave wireless energy transmission are described firstly. Then the principle design scheme of the system is given, and some reasonable technical approaches are proposed. To reduce the size of the system, high-frequency microwave power rectifying is the key to the system. A Ka-band rectifying circuit is designed as the first verification part of the system, and the efficiency obtained by simulation can reach more than 40%.
