摘要

The ability of robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (raTKA) to provide intraoperative data including alignment, balance, and soft tissue laxity has been of great interest. Technological advances have also allowed for improved collection of objective mobility data and subjective patient outcomes post-operatively. Connection of these intra- and post-operative data will be fundamental in determining their associations to guide surgeons’ decision-making intraoperatively. This report describes the use of an orthopedic ecosystem collecting raTKA data intraoperatively, post-operative objective mobility data from an implanted tibial sensor, and subjective patient reported outcomes within a smartphone-based care management platform throughout the episode of care.
