In the evolving landscape of IoT and robotics, the need for real-time, wireless control systems is more prominent than ever. This paper presents a real-time servo motor control method using the ESP32 microcontroller and WebSocket over Wi-Fi. Unlike traditional HTTP-based systems, WebSocket provides a persistent, low-latency connection ideal for real-time applications. Our implementation uses the ESPAsyncWebServer library on the ESP32 to host a web-based interface for controlling servo motors. The system allows seamless, bi-directional communication between the client and ESP32, enabling users to manipulate servo angles dynamically with minimal delay. This approach simplifies hardware complexity and offers a low-cost and scalable solution for projects involving remote control, home automation, and robotic mechanisms. We evaluate the system's latency, reliability, and scalability, demonstrating its effectiveness in responsive servo control.
