摘要

The Rise of the Electric Technocracy (Preprint) Governance for a Post-Scarcity Society The Rise of the Electric Technocracy presents a visionary governance framework for a unified humanity in the age of the technological singularity. This paper outlines a societal model that replaces traditional nation-states and partisan politics with a neutral, data-driven administration guided by Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). At the core of this proposal is the synergy between Direct Digital Democracy (DDD) and ASI. In this system, the Superintelligence acts as an unbiased advisor, developing scientifically grounded solutions for global challenges such as climate change and resource scarcity. The global population then decides on these proposals in real-time through direct online voting, ensuring true democratic participation without the need for professional politicians. The framework further explores the transition into a post-scarcity economy, made possible by breakthroughs in nuclear fusion, quantum computing, and advanced robotics. A central pillar of this transition is the implementation of a Universal Basic Income (UBI). Unlike traditional models, this UBI is funded by a technology tax on AI systems and automated production rather than human labor. In addition to economic and political structures, the document examines the socio-cultural impact of transhumanism and longevity, alongside the legal foundations of a united world. This preprint serves as an invitation to actively shape the next stage of human evolution, moving toward a peaceful era of abundance and technological harmony.
