摘要

The rapid advancement of AI techniques has transformed decision-making by integrating AI and human intelligence within organizations. AI algorithms, combined with human talent, enhance decision-making by recognizing influential factors and adapting to complex situations. They have become essential different industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, supply chain, and transportation, enabling faster, objective, and cost-effective decisions. However, concerns about data privacy and algorithmic bias arise. This paper introduces the Throughput Model, a unique decision-making framework, integrating perception, information, judgment, and decision choice. It highlights the role of AI algorithms across industries and their alignment with the model under investigation. AI-powered algorithms enhance decision-making, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction. The paper suggests more research to evaluate the model's performance, address bias, explore human-AI collaboration, and optimize practical implementation.
