Abilities for a successful maintenance digital transformation: A case study of a Moroccan company

摘要
With the development of manufacturing processes, information technologies, and the integration of new analytic concepts in the industrial sector, maintenance management have reached a high level of precision and an outstanding degree of reliability in term of massive information treatment that is gathered from sensors and robots' data. The emerging concepts such as cyber physical systems (CPS), Internet Of Things (IoT), and Big data, have revolutionize the way that industrial structures are directed, and pushed scholars and practitioners to dig in a new research perspectives that will undoubtedly impact the top management mindset and open new ways of competitiveness and information capitalization. Maintenance process, in industrial firms, is extremely influenced by this digital transformation. This paper is a continuity of author's publications in the field that reflect the lead function of digitalization in maintenance activity, and enumerate abilities that are required for a digitalization process that is adopted by a Moroccan worldwide firm for maintenance activity.
