摘要
The interaction of human and machine in assembly, as applied in collaborative robotic systems, offers a great potential for a higher flexibility of production systems and the individualization of assembly operations. In order to make collaborative assembly systems save for workers that are not trained in programming and operating robotic systems, an applicable solution for the commissioning has to be implemented. This paper shows a novel concept for the virtual commissioning of human-robot assembly systems, using a human in the loop simulation that is connected to a physical robot simulation.
