摘要

Behavior specification is a barrier to widespread use of robots in unstructured environments. Experience with storyboard graphics, animation, text, speech and sound effects used in a visual-language prosthesis, Lingraphica, suggests that robot motion and task planning can be specified efficiently and with a minimum of training using text-graphic primitives. The approach complements adaptive environmental sensing and control.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
