摘要
BackgroundSingle-port laparoscopy attempts to further reduce thesurgical impact of minimally invasive surgery whencompared to conventional laparoscopy [1–4]. Single-portlaparoscopy might in general result in enhanced cosmeticoutcomes and potentially reduced pain when compared tothe conventional multi-port technique [5–8]. While manualsingle-port laparoscopy comes with certain technical lim-itations [1], a newly approved single-site platform usedwith the da Vinci Si Surgical System (Intuitive Surgical,Sunnyvale, CA, USA) might facilitate this technique. Wepresent the video of our 2nd patient undergoing this newtechnique.MethodsA 44-year-old female patient with a BMI of 26.8 kg/m
