Artificial smell detection for robotic navigation

摘要

A software and a hardware system for artificial smell detection is described. It has been designed and implemented on a local CPU to detect and follow gradients of odor concentration. It is based on inorganic semiconductor sensors, but the method is also useful for organic sensors.
