What is California Prop 65?
California's chemical-warning law. If your robot contains any of ~900 listed chemicals (lead in solder, BPA in plastics, certain flame retardants, etc.) above safe-harbor thresholds, you must add a warning label visible to California buyers. Penalties for non-compliance: $2,500 per violation per day. Lab testing: $1.5K-$3K typical.
